I know you shouldn't have to do that but ultimately you have to work with what you've got. There are so many things that could be hindering what you are trying to do with OBS and the majority of those things can be solved by just lowering some settings and accepting that maybe your computer just isnt that great at this particular thing. Perhaps the hard drive is too full or too busy to adequately and smoothly record data. Maybe you have too many background tasks going on, maybe you have too many programs open. What you have gained with a decent graphics card may be hindered by the processor or your ram speed or your power and memory allocation. You may not have the right setup for the job, playing games is all well and good but playing them and recording them at the same time is a very different environment for your PC, you are essentially splitting its attention between 2 very intensive tasks. Consider recording 1080p thats what most people would be watching at anyway and you'll be cutting down the work load by half. Checking out your other posts you are indeed trying to record some high settings. Your recording settings are possibly too high or just set wrong for your system. VSeeFace can send, receive and combine tracking data using the VMC protocol. Consider lowering your graphics to give the PC a little room to breath. Perfect sync is supported through iFacialMocap/FaceMotion3D/VTube Studio/MeowFace. You game settings may be too high and you haven't turned on V-sync to remove screen tear. There are many reasons you may be having trouble. Since I'm here I'll try and give you some advice. They aren't trying to change your mind they are answering your question.
